A simple app to toggle a Stellaris game between Ironman and non-ironman modes (in case of issues with the save, etc.).

Only supports Windows to my knowledge (although _might_ work on other platforms, no guarantees or support if it does or does not).

Design Choices/Comments/Notes
I ran into some issues while playing Stellaris and needed to use the console to fix some stuff. Found a way to get the same out of and back into ironman mode, but became tedious pretty quickly, so created this app to do it for me.
